User data deletion & GDPR

1. Your rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) under Art. 17 GDPR.

2. How to request deletion

• Email us at contact@monarche.pl.
• Include identifying details (e.g., phone number, email, booking context) so we can locate your data.
• You can also message us on WhatsApp, providing your phone number and a request to delete your data.

3. What we delete

• Contact details (phone, email) and booking data stored in our operational systems.
• Messages submitted via forms and the bot (where available server-side).

4. Data we cannot delete immediately

Data required by law (e.g., invoices, accounting records) is retained for statutory periods. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Confirmation

After processing your request, we will confirm deletion or inform you about any data we cannot remove for legal reasons.
